With the improvement of material living standards, people's requirements for textiles are getting higher and higher. Depending on the use of textiles, the demands on textiles are often different. Traditional automotive fabric yarns are usually twisted into a certain fineness product from several textile fibers, which often have poor moisture absorption, poor toughness, and poor elasticity, which cannot meet the requirements of some high-elasticity fields.
For this reason, technicians have developed and provided a kind of elastic automobile fabric yarn. By selecting several materials with good elasticity and twisting them together according to a certain structure, a highly elastic automobile fabric yarn is produced. The automobile fabric yarn is realized through the following technical solutions: it includes a polyester layer, a viscose fiber layer and a wool layer. The polyester layer is mainly made of polyester staple fibers twisted, and the viscose fiber layer is mainly made of strong The fiber is twisted. Using the above technical solution, polyester has excellent recovery and elasticity, but poor moisture absorption and easy to generate static electricity; viscose fiber has good air permeability and good moisture absorption; wool has large elasticity and good moisture absorption; polyester has high elasticity and recoverability. Its obvious advantages; therefore, polyester is used as the main raw material, wool and viscose fiber are compounded at the same time, which makes up for the shortcomings of polyester. The yarn made has high elasticity, good moisture absorption, good air permeability, and is not easy to static electricity. The viscose fiber layer is spirally wound tightly outside the polyester layer, and the polyester layer passes through the center of the cross section of the viscose fiber layer vertically. The viscose fiber layer is spirally wound tightly around the polyester layer to ensure the elasticity and tensile strength of the stretch yarn. The fleece layer includes an inner fleece layer and an outer fleece layer, the inner fleece layer is wound obliquely on the outside of the viscose fiber layer, and the intersection angle of the inner fleece layer and the outer fleece layer is 30-45 degrees. The wool layer is intertwined with the inner wool layer and the outer wool layer to improve the elasticity of the stretch yarn and the tensile strength in all directions. Polyester is mainly made of polyester staple fiber and wool twisted. By adopting the above technical scheme, the elasticity of the polyester layer formed by the twisting of polyester staple fiber and wool is improved, and static electricity is reduced; and the added wool makes it easier for the polyester staple fiber to twist with the outer wool layer. The viscose fiber layer is mainly formed by twisting strong fibers and wool, which improves the moisture absorption and elasticity of the viscose fiber layer formed by the twisting of strong fibers and wool. The added wool makes it easier for the viscose fiber to interact with the outer layer. The wool layer is twisted. The polyester layer is formed by bonding 70% by volume of polyester short fibers and 30% by volume of wool, and the viscose fiber layer is formed by twisting 80% by volume of rich and strong fibers and 20% by volume of wool. Using the above technical solution, considering the economic cost and raw material performance, the main raw materials are low-priced polyester staple fiber and rich strong fiber to ensure the yarn's elasticity, moisture absorption and other comprehensive properties, and a small amount of expensive wool is added. Improve the elasticity of the yarn.
In summary, the above-mentioned high-elastic automobile fabric yarn not only utilizes the high elasticity and good recyclability of polyester, but also further improves the elasticity through viscose fiber and wool, and enhances the moisture absorption and air permeability of the yarn. performance.
